Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 1, 1970

LeakDetect AI ("we", "us") is a product of Brinka Labs. This policy explains what data the LeakDetect AI service collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We aim to keep this short and clear.

1. Who this applies to

This policy covers two groups: website owners who install the LeakDetect AI tracking script on their sites, and visitors to those sites.

2. What we collect

When the tracking script runs on a site that has voluntarily installed it, we collect:

  • Page views — the URL of pages visited.
  • Clicks — element type and visible text of clicked elements.
  • Scroll depth — how far down the page a visitor scrolls.
  • Time on page — how long a visitor spent on a page.
  • An anonymous session identifier and basic context (referrer, page URL).

We do not intentionally collect names, email addresses, passwords, payment details, or other sensitive personal information. Website owners are responsible for ensuring their pages do not pass such data into tracked elements (for example, in URL parameters or button labels).

3. How the tracking script is installed

The script only runs on sites where the owner has voluntarily added the LeakDetect AI snippet. We never inject tracking into a site without the owner's action.

4. How we use the data

  • To produce analytics dashboards for the website owner.
  • To generate AI-powered insights, summaries, and recommendations.
  • To maintain, debug, and improve the service.

We do not sell collected data to third parties.

5. Account data

For website owners with an account, we store an email address and basic profile information needed to authenticate and manage their workspace.

6. Data security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in managed cloud infrastructure with row-level access controls so that a workspace's data is only accessible to its owner. No system is perfectly secure, but we follow industry-standard practices to protect it.

7. Data retention & removal

Tracking events are retained while the workspace is active. Website owners can delete a tracked website at any time from their dashboard, which removes the associated tracking data. To request deletion of your account or any data we hold, email us at the address below.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us using the email below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
