These terms govern your use of LeakDetect AI ("the Service"), a product of Brinka Labs. By creating an account or installing the tracking script, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

LeakDetect AI provides website analytics and AI-generated conversion insights for sites where you have voluntarily installed our tracking snippet.

2. Your responsibilities

• You will only install the tracking script on sites you own or have permission to instrument.
• You will comply with applicable laws, including notifying your visitors of analytics tracking where required.
• You will not pass sensitive personal data (passwords, payment details, health data) into tracked elements.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the platform, or use it to harm others.

4. AI-generated insights

Reports are generated by AI based on your tracking data and are provided as guidance only. We do not guarantee that any recommendation will improve conversions or revenue. Use your own judgment before making changes based on a report.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brinka Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
